MARLEN KRUZHKOV (Managing Member/Founder) Marlen Kruzhkov, the Managing Member of the Firm, is a cum laude graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law. Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. Kruzhkov began his career at the international law firm of Latham & Watkins, where he practiced corporate and commercial litigation. Mr. Kruzhkov continued his career at the law firm of Schulte, Roth and Zabel where he practiced corporate and commercial litigation and corporate transactional law. Mr. Kruzhkov’s practice is focused on advising companies and individuals in all aspects of corporate/business law including corporate/business litigation, general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, financial transactions, joint ventures, general transactional advice and international transactions. Mr. Kruzhkov is also the founder and President of the Russian Speaking Business Attorneys Network, a prominent trade group for Russian speaking attorneys. Mr. Kruzhkov is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish and is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.TY HYDERALLY (Of-Counsel) Ty Hyderally is a graduate of the University of California (Boalt Hall) School of Law and is a former Criminal Trial Lawyer in the Judge Advocate General’s Office of the United States Navy (JAG). Mr. Hyderally concentrates in all aspects of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, workplace torts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, whistleblowers, class actions and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Hyderally is a member of the Executive Board and Treasurer of the National Employment Law Association (NJ) and Chairman of the New Jersey Employment Law Seminar. Mr. Hyderally is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
EDWARD A. MERMELSTEIN (Of-Counsel) Edward A. Mermelstein received his law degree from Thomas Cooley School of Law. Mr. Mermelstein concentrates in all aspects of real estate law, including development, redevelopment, land use, purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leases, financing, bank workouts, title issues, sub-divisions and litigation. Mr. Mermelstein is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is fluent in English and Russian.
ALEXANDER PERCHEKLY (Of-Counsel) Alexander Perchekly attended law school at Syracuse University College of Law. Upon graduating, Mr. Perchekly clerked for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge Stephen D. Gerling and the Honorable Judge Allan L. Winick of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. Mr. Perchekly is the former associate general counsel of ZAR Realty Management Corp., a large conglomerate real estate company. Mr. Perchekly focuses on all aspects of litigation, having experience with both bench and jury trials, with a special emphasis upon matters of commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Perchekly is fluent in English and Russian and is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
JACOB SEBAG (Of-Counsel) Jacob Sebag received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Sebag has been in practice for over twenty (20) years. Mr. Sebag’s practice focuses on matrimonial law, with an emphasis on pre-nuptial agreements and appellate level representation. Mr. Sebag also practices estate and trust planning and residential, industrial and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Sebag is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Hebrew and Arabic. Mr. Sebag is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
VLADISLAV S. SIROTA (Of-Counsel) Vladislav S. Sirota is a graduate of the Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Sirota’s practice consists exclusively of immigration law with an emphasis on advising corporations and wealthy individuals.
